The food was hot and flavorful, the chicken was crispy and seasoned and the sushi was good. I just wish there was a bit more sauce with the amount of chicken katsu given and tofu for the miso soup. other than that it was a great meal for what you pay for!

The noodles took forever to separate. Barely any green onion. I paid extra for bamboo shoots n corn. And it was skimpy. Two very think pieces of the pork. Very disappointed, eating there in person is better

So tasty! Staff is awesome. Vibes are good. However, I gotta dock major points for the Combination Fried Rice. It is so small. It's appetizer portion for $20+ entree price. There's a place called Secret Thai in Chalmette that easily gives you 5x the amount for half the price. Royal Sushi is in a tourist area so there's tourist pricing, sadly.

The Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura entree is SO good. The Tempura Sauce it comes with is a litte gingery and really good, just wish it was a LITTLE thicker only because it doesnt stick very well to the food and wish it was a little more savory . The chili spicy shrimp wonton is okay, it was a little watered down and wasn't very spicy, but was good over the rice that came with the dinner. The Veg Spring Roll APP was good, but small, however 3 come with it whereas those usually come with only two, so it makes up for it. I like that the miso soup didnt automatically come with seaweed in it - I love seaweed just not in my soup. Spicy Mayo Sauce is perfect. Overall happy with my food!

The chicken katsu is a generous portion, and comes with a veggie as well as rice. The salmon skin roll is good. I ordered two tempera rolls and both lost their crispiness by the time they arrived (probably they steamed inside the plastic container). I will skip those in the future.
