We have been customers and fans of Royale since it openned. Today to see that the prices have increased substantially and the size of the Chips decreased also substantially is very disappointing. I get cost increases but why reduce the size also? In addition to this there was a distinct lackof care in our order. Very disappointing.

I'm normally a big fan but my Pony Boy burger didn't live up to expectations on my most recent order. The patty was overcooked and tough and the bread was soggy. I stopped eating after one bite.

I love Royal Brothers, but this was horrible. The beef pattie was completely overcooked to the point where we were chewing for an eon for each bite. We never whinge, but given the high standards and price tag, we hope the burgers will be back to the status quo next time. En route to our 4th Joker.
