Ordered a chicken burrito and it was nearly no chicken and mostly rice. The rice was undercooked and really couldn't even finish it.

All the lettuce was mushy and soggy. Gave me four grilled shrimp with the salad.

Most ingredients were missing, bare any corn, it was basi rice with a few cubes of chicken and a side of guacamole.

The Salad container lid was not secured left hanging 1/2 off 
salsa container lid was not secured and spilled on the bottom of the delivery bag 
Tortilla strips were not eatable, hard and chewy. Very old not fresh   
Never received my beans !!
