Chicken Bowl and fries were fantastic and filling. Baja Chimichurri Bowl with Red Argentinian Shrimp were top notch and Mexican Street Corn Bowl w/ salmon was perfectly grilled and juicy. Took an hour to deliver but still tasted 5/5

The quesadilla was not cooked all the way. Cheese wasn't melted. They rushed the entire thing and barely gave me a proportionate size of guacamole in the order itself.

The last two times I have ordered, they have put my Mercado Salad in a smaller container. This has left me hungry both times. I generally like Rubios and have ordered from them a lot but I don't like that I am not getting the item advertised or my money's worth

Wrong protein with the kids meal.
$7 for small soft tacos that took me two bites each. See attached picture for reference.

Rice in the California Bowl was dry and more than 5 bites included hard rice grains that hurt my teeth. The Mahi Mahi was dry and extremely fishy, and the black beans were congealed on top of the rice. Very unappetizing. Requested two jalapeño citrus sauces, but only received 1, leaving 1 diner without. "Carrots and Jalapeños" were 1 piece of carrot and a few jalapeños. Quality and attention to detail were severely lacking with this meal. Disappointed.
