I did order extra lettuce and I am still looking for the lettuce. lol
I did not know extra lettuce meant a pinch extra. lol
If you have extra lettuce tonight, I think its mine. lol

Always fresh and delicious! The portions are great for each plate. Asked for pico salsa on the side and they definitely read the notes! It came nicely packaged.

Listen, I am very hard to displease. Even then, I would call and discuss with store itself.
This time however, it's necessary for future sales. Oneif the orders I had included steak street Steak Street Fries.... number one, the way it was served was ridiculous especially given the price for them. One had SIGNIFICANTLY less than the other. Im talking about easily 40% less. Then the steak was so dry and burnt.
We order from here ever so often.... we have never been dissatisfied till now. To be honest, id even go as far as to dispute a refund since it was inedible.

Paid for extra fish. Fish came very small, overcooked & not fresh (smelly). Asked for extra malt vinegar & only received one packet--no extras. Really disappointed.

Most recent order left out the chips with the Fresh Guacamole & Chips and the no fry beans were more like soup. Place is getting worse, will not order from Rubio's anymore.
