I slept on Rubio's, definitely should've popped by sooner.. I've been trying a few things on their menu for the last three days and I'm telling you go try it. Their burritos are on point but their Birria Tacos are on peak! Huge flavor, tender meat and a decent variety for add ons.
The flavor is consistent, the presentation is clean and tidy. The food tastes, and looks fresh when it gets here, and the portions are more than enough.
9/10, go try them out!

Shrimp Bowl was great and had plenty of shrimp. All the ingredients were fresh tasting too. Barbacoa Burrito was delicious and huge.4oz Side of Seasoned Sour Cream and 4oz Side of Queso and 4oz Side of Guac were perfect. Waffle Fries were good. Cheese Curds were good but could use more for the price. Will be ordering again.

My only regret with this order is that I did not order two Birria entrees! I have had Birria from other restaurants and Rubio's stands out as the best around! Portions are great, they are fresh and filling!

This goes to show it depends on who is in the kitchen. Burgers were over cooked when asked for pink,paid for bacon and didn't recieve bacon I paid for. A juicy is meant to be stuffed with cheese, none. The 10 dollar side of onions rings equalled 5 rings. 3 were tiny. That is 2 dliars per slice.

The Kids' Quesadilla was so delicious with lots of cheese and 3 big slices. it's my daughter's favorite!
