Everything is always delicious from here! My Full-Rack Baby-Back Ribs just fell off the bones. The wife loved the Loaded Cheese Fries. My sister loved her Parmesan Shrimp Pasta. The little man chowed done thise Kids Buttermilk Chicken Tenders. So we'll definitely be ordering here again! Mila, the young lady who dropped the food off at our place, was very prompt, and the food was still hot!!! Thank y'all again for a great experience!!

I ordered my steak to be cooked medium but when I got it, it was way overcooked. It also looked nothing like the pictures and is way smaller than any other 6 oz steak I have ever had. Steak also tastes weird almost like it was cooked the day before and had been set under a heat lamp.

Was not impressed with the food. The Sticky Ribs were overcooked and very hard to eat and not very tasty. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was mostly spinach and did not have a good taste. There was hardly any steak in the Stuffed Rib Eye Quesadilla Appetizer. It was cut into triangles, and at least 3 of the triangles had no rib eye at all, just cheese. The food was mostly edible, but the quality and taste just were not there. The Fried Mushrooms Appetizer was very unappetizing. First, there was no ranch dressing (in fact no condiments of any sort sent with the food). Secondly, the mushrooms had hardly any batter, and what there was was overcooked and soggy with grease. I could not even eat them. My Loaded Baked Potato was also dry and cold. It was supposed to have sour cream and butter, but there was none at all. I was really disappointed because this is not the food and quality I remember from Ruby Tuesdays in the past. I will not order from there again.

You have a consistency problem. I have ordered the fajitas twice now. The first time, I was impressed by the amount of steak, rice and beans, but disappointed by the very, very small amount of onions and peppers, as well as the skimpy portion of sour cream and pico.
This order, there were no onions and peppers at all. The meat was thin and overcooked to the point of resembling shoe leather. There was maybe a tablespoon of beans. Still plenty of rice, and a better portion of sour cream and pico, but overall a big disappointment.
It's a shame because it could be an exceptional dish that I would order regularly.
The only other complaint is that whenever mozzarella sticks are ordered, there is never, and I mean never, any marinara sauce.

While we knew it was an evening order, and items may not be available, we would rather have canceled the order than pay for the food we received tonight. A 4-square inch piece of meat served as my husband's "half-rack" and my Stuffed Rib Eye Quesadilla was filled with dried, rubbery meat and cheese only. No sour cream, no guac, a dried side of lettuce and day-old (?) side of rice.
