I ordered Fish and Chips dinner with onion rings ($23) and Chicken Tenders Dinner ($21). There was NO sauce for the chicken meal, and the fish meal had 3 small pieces of fish! The chicken tenders were breaded with the same coating used for the fish, so they had a very strange texture and taste! I have eaten at Ruby's for over 20 years; I don't know what happened to bring the food down to this sad level.

What a price gouge! 4 onion rings in each order, three burgers, 3 shakes for $105.00. Could have gone to McDonald's for $20 and gotten the same thing.

The salads were great, the chili was not their usual. I don't know if they changed the recipe, but it was fatty and seemed almost like overcooked. I felt like whatever was left over was thrown in, and I love their chili under normal circumstances.

The food is good but they didnt toss the salad nor did they give correct salad dressing. Fries were fresh burger really good and the salad was no good only because I didnt eat it, they should check details.
