I tried ruby's for the first time and let's just say I'm addicted! I got the 1. Doblados de Birria and a shrimp quesadilla and oh my goodness it was sooooo good! she gives you big portions and lots of meat and cheese and her prices are great! the Arroz / Rice was so good and everything is so authentic!! And the broth on the side just tops it off! every thing here is amazing!!

Tried this place for the first time today & it was absolutely amazing I got the #7 & the Fresa y Limonada / Strawberry & Lemonade absolutely delicious great flavor I will absolutely be ordering from them again!

1. Doblados de Birria and 5. Tacos Fritos de Papa / 5. Potato Fried Tacos are mine and my husband's go to's! Great service, value, and always quick. Portion size is perfect! I always have leftovers for the next day.

Alright bro. Buckle in. Firstly, the Maria Sampler was an absolute 11/10, definitely needed more chips, but I got it like that so it's okay. Second, both 8. Quesadillas we got were delectable, for sure would be better fresh but like duh?? Absolute 10/10 will eat time and time again.
