The smoked potato with chopped brisket was very good, so were the sides I ordered. Unfortunately I can't rate the 1/2 chicken because they ran out and substituted it with turkey. The turkey was dry. I would have rather been given a refund for the chicken instead.

Was very disappointed. All the meat was very dry. The turkey was so overcooked it was hard. The Moist Brisket was so hard could not tell it from the regular. Not up to the usual Rudy's standards.
