Moist Brisket was delicious as was the Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and Rudy's Beans. However, there wasn't an option to request onions, pickles or bread and I only received two little packets of Rudy's BBQ sause. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

Take out at the Kyle location was sad. Granted, I was greeted when I walked in, and the brisket was hot. The beans were kinda "ranch style", if you like that. The tall, kid butcher accidentally dropped .10oz of my meat in the scraps bin. He wasn't going to provide my full 1/2 lb sandwich until the nice female cashier noticed and told him to make it 1/2 lb. The kid looked like a zombie just standing there spaced out, not caring about giving what people pay for. These are the people cooking your food.

First time and traveling from north eastTexas.i have been smoking meats and doing pulled pork 55 years.their pulled pork and brisket sandwich was perfect. The potato salad excellent, not to much onion. This meal was something I will travel back just to explore more.

I am very unhappy with how much money I paid for a very large container of peach cobbler with no peaches. Literally ALL crust.

Brisket was stellar and your New Potatoes were top notch. The service was smiling and friendly, and my to go order was all set within minutes.
