The Smoked Potato was huge, super hot and fluffy. Came with lots of meat and plenty butter sour cream and cheese as well!!!

The food was fantastic. Rudy's Beans were the best beans I have ever had.The Green Chile Stew was the Chef's kiss. And the Smoked Potato? Not only was it the best dang Smoked Potato that I ever had (I selected to have it topped with the wet brisket), but I am going to go and slip into a food coma. It was massive. Definitely going to be ordering from here again soon.

Moist Brisket was so flavorful decent portions had a lot of fat for price I fed my cat some was freshness taste I would order again .. Pulled Pork was moist but not any flavor...need bbq sauce...Condiments didnt get my bread nor all the things I asked for six but got some.

The turkey was pink, the brisket was fatty very little meat to eat .
Have not had this issue before with Rudy's.
The stew was delicious.

I was kinda taken back a bit. I've always have ordered the Green Chile Stew from Rudys. It was always balanced parts of all vegetables and meats along with variety of delicious spices.But, for the last two times, I noticed the price has went up. But, the meat(chopped brisket)has lessened to 10% from 40-50% of the stew. The Chili is still okay but, tastes watered down w/ hardly any meat in every spoon. Just wanted to voice my opinion, in this matter. So, from a always 5. I now will give it a 4 or 3.5.
