Rudy’s Little Hideaway is a family owned and operated by Rudy Escobedo. Being one of the best Mexican restaurants in Colorado Springs, it is not so hidden anymore.

There really is no other reason to order from other places that serve breakfast. I am a newcomer to their establishment and found them in the early 2000's. I have ate nearly every dish and their is not a bad option. the Chorizo Machaca Burrito is my favorite and the Four Deuces Plate is my wife's favorite. You feel like family when you eat from here.

I haven't been here in over 10 years and it's as good if not better then I remember. Portions are always guaranteed to fill you up, food was hot like it was just brought out from the kitchen, no question I would order again! Worth every penny spent! Bronco burrito slaps

I love Rudy's red chile. I would skip the fajitas next time. They were good, but it's a small portion for $25 and only came with 2 tortillas.

The 2 Biscuts And Gravy W Bacon were soft and fluffy, the gravy was a bit bland but with the addition of the bacon it was nice. The Denver Omelette was good but they put the cheese on the hash browns instead of the omelette which is what we wanted. The Apple Chimichanga was delicious! Would absolutely get again, would be great with some ice cream.

Both meals were flavorless. The only thing that tasted descent were the hash browns and home fries. They were crispy, but everything else was flavorless. Maybe we are spoiled having lived in Texas and Californ for a while, but Rudy's was no different that any other Mexican food we have tried in the Springs. Still disappointed and still searching for a great place to eat mexican. And $4 for 2 extra (very small) tortillas, seriously?!?!
