missing 2 ranchs and my bag was open when it arrived. the 4 Piece Chicken Strip was old chicken. like it was sitting out for a few hours. could've been more fresh. businesses should really make all delivery orders fresh. that way there's a better chance of the customer getting fresh food that tastes good.

The Cheeseburger was cold and cheese unmelted.
Frings were done crispy just like requested, and the Jr. Ranch Chicken Wrap was good

The Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich- the chicken is a pale white, like it was boiled. I'm all for some boiled chicken, but this is supposed to be *"Grilled"*
The Original Runza® Sandwich Combo Meal - the runza itself was half. . . Fried?? Burnt isn't the right word because clearly that's not it. Stale could be it. You know how bread gets super hard when left out in the open? Yeah like that. Half the Runza was Stale-like. The French fry's, including the ones in the bottom of the bag, were all so crunchy you could have used them for croutons in the salads. They were either redropped (meaning they were cold so they put them back in the fryer to be "reheated") or they had been sitting and instead of making new, fresh ones, they just used "what was left"
The 4 Piece Chicken Strip- Listen. It was basically beef jerky but the dogs liked them so I guess half star if the dogs vote count.
I've worked fast food, I've managed fast food, I get it sucks. Sometimes it really REALLY sucks. But this is the job you have, or the job you chose. So just Do the job.
Not a total fail to whomever made the chicken ranch wraps. Those were the only thing that didn't suck.
