the fries are way to hard since they increased their fryer times, even asking for them lighter hasn't been successful. burger was good and Dasher said he tried to verbally convey my request since there's no option on app.

I was charged for 4 cups of ranch and only got 2. Fries were overdone and very cold. Burger was a mess. The chicken strips were good and the soda was cold.
