Always good food and a good to go experience. Great Fried Clam Dinner - my hubby's from Maine and says these are the closet to home that's he's gotten around here. Julienne Salad was great too - well crafted and fresh.

First time Ive had RUSS since childhood and the first time via DOORDASH. I was generally pleased with my order with a few exceptions. The milk used in the malt shake tasted expired. The mashed potatoes had way too much gravy compared to the one scoop. The gravy had a strong flavor with pieces of mushroom? The grilled cheese was perfect. I never finished the chicken and rice soup (portion was huge) or the salad. Both looked great. Next time I'd get a different dressing.

Absolutely, poorest quality of food via delivery I've experienced. My All American Bacon Cheese Burger was missing almost all of its standard toppings and slathered with mayo. Apple Juice was the wrong size and the Battered Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Fries were greasy and cold. This restaurant does not take pride in the quality of their food but charges prime rates for it.

Very disappointed. Soggy hash browns, tiny orange juice (for $3.50), toast was limp and over buttered.

This order was a definite miss. The Southern Omelet had very little filling and the ham was chopped tiny and was tough. The Sausage Links had an off taste. All in all a disappointment.
