My $92 steak was burned. They knew and sent it anyway. Ridiculous for Ruth Chris to allow this steak out of the kitchen

Ruth Chris' food is not sealed in any kind of way.. People began sealing their food for delivery years ago but not Ruth chris.. The bag is unstapled and the food is left to be tampered with... . Yuck

When you order a Baked Potato, they may not give you the actual oven baked one you would get at the restaurant but will instead give you a microwaved one to fulfill your order on time without notifying you. Also packaging and presentation could be a little better for such a high end restaurant.
