I had such a great experience here! Everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The scallop roll was delicate and buttery, the salmon roll was perfectly balanced, and the rainbow roll was both stunning to look at and delicious to eat. The calamari was light and crispy without being greasy, and the miso soup was warm, comforting, and full of flavor.
The quality of the fish was excellent, and the portions were generous.

I think this is the best sushi in town. I'm not a big fan of rolls but their sashimi and nigiri selection is fresh and vast. They're always friendly to my small children (and us adults) when we go in and our meal has never been a disappointment. Love!

Good food overall.
The TNT Roll was tasty - complex flavors and textures.
I either like my sushi really complex and interesting or super simple and fresh.
That's where the Assorted Nigiri Set comes in. It was just enough Nigiri to get the flavor of the fish, without being filling. Fresh and really good.
The signature Ryoshi Roll was fine. A little too much going on with not enough structure to hold it together. The sweet sauce and the jalapeño pepper on top actually detract from the roll. I don't mind complex. This was a flavor distraction vs. enhancement.
And the Garlic Edamame - it's regular edamame with minced garlic tossed on top of it - not cooked with it, not stirred through it - tossed on top of the boiled edamame beans.
Sparkling Water didn't arrive with the order, so I had to get DoorDash support to refund that. $6 for a bottle of sparkling water is a lot to charge. Then, not to include it - that's a problem.
So, overall good, which is why I gave this restaurant four stars.
The Ryoshi Roll was fine, but I wouldn't order it again.
The winner was the TNT Roll!
Again, good food overall. Good, not great.
It appears that they got busy and seemed to have forgotten what could make them great.

the Sunrise Roll Very expensive for a roll with fake crab and 2 small pieces of salmon. I believed it was going to be real crab for that price. Did not look like the pic at all. very underwhelming . The quality of the small amount of salmon was the only saving grace.
