Absolutely delicious! Ive been on the hunt for good Tempura Udon since I moved to Chicago and none of them compared to my favorite spot back home until I tried Ryota's! It was perfect my only complaint was there was no sweet potato tempura included as it's my favorite, but everything was amazing.
