Ordered the Half & Half & Half BYO Bowl and it is a very generous portion and tasty. Knocked a star off because they gave me the wrong side and it was not packaged securely so it leaked all in the bag.

The Half & Half Rice Bowl was interesting—pretty much every part of it was different from what I expected, but mostly a pleasant surprise. The chicken was well seasoned, but did not taste at much like shawarma. Also, it was chunks of grilled chicken, not slices off a spit. The sabik was just eggplant, without the eggs and other stuff that normally goes into sabik, and it was small slices lightly fried or grilled. The rice&lentils was very strongly flavored. The Moroccan carrot salad was both sweeter and more bitter than I expected, less sour, and completely without the usual cumin-based spice taste. The pita was warm and fluffy, with an edge that was almost like a good pizza crust. I was a little disappointed in the carrots, but everything else, I was happy with it being different from the usual (especially now that there are 69105 restaurants, stands, virtual kitchens, etc. all selling the same usual…).
Also, the portions of chicken and eggplant were pretty large, and everything else was huge (including the pita). And the prices weren't bad, especially with the discount deal.
This isn't going to become my go-to shawarma place, but I'm pretty sure I will come back.

There were a few bites of chicken on top of the sandwich, but the majority of the sandwich consisted of vegetables / cabbage. The portion of chicken in the Pita Sandwich was incredibly small.

Was not tasting like it ad in the past , very disappointed. I recommended to a co worker , we both ordered on same day and were both disappointed. Wasn't able to contact Sababa since I was at work . Sorry but this order missed the mark. Very salty , beets were sour and very little hummus. Carrot salad was bitter

This Build-Your-Own Bowl unfortunately did not meet the mark. The hummus was a little overpowering and the quantity of chicken was greatly lacking. Additionally the shredded carrot had an almost bitter taste to it, and almost ruined te entire meal. The beets had a good texture but lacked proper seasoning. I will say that the little chicken that was present did taste pretty good though.
