Wow! This place was such a great choice to end the holiday wknd with. The Chicharrón / Fried Pork Belly was cooked to perfection, even still had a beautiful crunch on that outside fatty layered skin. The Empanadas regular were filled to the brim with flavorful ground beef while the Empanadas Colombianas / Colombian Empanadas stole the spotlight as they were still crunchy and the filling of potato and slow cooked beef was to die for and great mix of textures and flavor. Truly Wish I ordered more of those ones! And if you're a portion "size" queen/king.... then you better order the Pernil con Arroz / Pork & Rice because that was one hefty order. The slow cooked pork pulled apart effortlessly while the rice was bouncy and soaked up all the juice from the beans perfectly. The Tacos Al Pastor had great taste with the pineapple not being too overwhelming and the marinated pork still having its moment. Only thing I would have preferred is corn tortillas but the flour ones given had a good char on them which added to the flavor. And man the Sopa de Res / Beef Soup is always a staple for my mom who loved the amount of meat (most are stingy but not here) and the vegetable ratio was perfect! I ordered the Chicharrón De Pollo and it was absolutely delicious—my go-to favorite! It arrived hot, fresh, and nicely packaged, which really added to the experience. Sabor Criollo never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The food was amazing and so was the service- I called the morning of my order to ask some questions and they were soooo nice. Timing was great. Portions were good. Everyone loved it- great compliments.

The beef stew and chicken stew didn't taste good. The rice was very mushy and beans had no flavor.
The meat tasted like it was cooked in tomato sauce no Spanish flavor at all. Wont be ordering again.

beans could've been more seasoned wasn't your typical habichuelas and the chicharron was really fatty but pretty good minus that. the horchata was a no for me, tasted like the powder and was pretty watery
