Taco Chicken were really delicious, decent size and satisfying. Would recommend if you're looking for soemthing to fill you up but isn't so greasy. House Horchata with Fresh Melon & Walnuts is a must drink

I ordered the 🍲 Caldo De Res ( Beef Soup )🍖 and it is not traditional caldo de res. The flavor is not there. The meat is tough and the soup is full of grease. I suggest ordered from Tacos MANZANO, I unfortunately had to turn around and order another soup because this wasn't it.

• Caldo de res- was really good actually. Really flavorful. But often times it comes with condiments like onion, cilantro & lemon. Didn't come with anything...maybe stating that in your menu maybe helpful. Something between the lines "ingredients such as ....upon request."
• Chilaquiles- my friend liked them...he said "it's really good and it has a lot of flavor.
• 🧋Rice Juice with Melon&Walnut🧋(House Horchata with Fresh Melon & Walnuts) - no melon and no walnuts. A traditional horchata comes as described in your menu and it didn't.
• I requested green & red salsa- I received neither. Good thing I had made some hot sauce a day before. :)
It was going to be 3 stars, the caldo de res moved it to 4 lol
Why the 4 stars you may ask?
Honestly it was the 🍕La Tlayuda (Mexican Pizza)🍕 Tlayuda is a traditional dish and the most simple dish to make due to the simplicity of its ingredients.
1. The meat was overcooked ..Cecina cooks real quick and with just one turn each side. You don't want to overcook it as the meat is thin.
2. For what one pays it should've at least have more quesillo. Very minimal.
3. They didn't put aciento. A traditional Tlayuda has aciento.
I was just disappointed and the Tlayuda was not even for me it was for my 5 year old. She had a bite of it and said no thank you and she ended up eating half of my caldo de res.
Embracing our traditions also means keeping the flavor in the kitchen. So when those away from home can at least feel back at home with just a bite and or those new to our flavor can also embrace them.
Although, I was not 100 percent satisfied I will give it another shot.

The 🍲 Caldo De Res ( Beef Soup ) 🍖 was flavorless, they gave me just a big huge piece of bone and fat. The 🍙Mexican Style Rice 🍚 was crunchy like it was old.

You want a shrimp broth with six small shrimp and a couple of badly chopped peppers—that's all that broth has. The most horrible broth I've ever tasted.
