Safeway Chinese food has really gone downhill. It's bland and dry, and not worth $15. I'm not sure if I'll get it again.

The food is hit and miss. Seems like only one or two people who work in the deli actually follow the correct procedures to make good food and they only seem to work 2 days a week. I've had chow mein with no veggies, it was just noodles delivered as well as inedible fried rice. The general tsaos is usually good, but they never seem to offer the chinese combos anymore, and when they did they listed the combo as noodles or rice but never supplied an option to choose one and dont accept special instructions so its a gamble that I will get what I want and am paying for. This is also the only Chinese delivery available on doordash and they don't list most of the Chinese menu a majority of the time they take orders. highly disappointing

The Roasted Chicken Drumstick Hot was dry as can be Same with the Cole Slaw. The Classic Potato Salad was good, and the General Tso's Boneless Chicken Wings weren't delivered. Kinda crummy experience, honestly.

Build your own sandwich roll was soggy from way to much mayonnaise and mustard. Also the amount of onion on the sandwich was beyon overkill. I would suggest asking for light condiments if you dont want a soggy mess.
