I ordered flowers and was pleasantly surprised that they hand-wrote my digital message, something I wasn’t expecting at all. The flowers and the packaging looked very nice and thoughtful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely order again.

I asked for flowers to be put in a vase and thought if they were not able to accommodate a vase I would of gotten a call and then I could have grabbed one from somewhere but no phone call. The sunflowers were beautiful but needed a vase with them.

Showed up at my scheduled pick up time for the associate to be at lunch, was told she'd be back in 15. Instead, I end up waiting 45 minutes until I went to customer service where no one knew how floral pick ups worked. And only got my bouquet by chance because the associate finally showed up.
