This was some of the best Indian food I have had in a while. I am from this area, but live in PA now, and it is hard to find there. I can not eat cilantro, and so many restaurants use that as ingredient in everything. My order was prepared with no cilantro as requested, and was delicious. I requested a hot spice level, and it was perfect for me, definitely enough heat to taste, but not overwhelming where I was sweating the entire time eating it. I have a usual Indian spot in WS, but I thought I would give Saffron a try, and I am glad I did. I will probably reorder from here before we have to go back home.

The Bison Curry was a rich and flavorful dish, expertly blended with aromatic spices, creating a perfect balance of heat and depth. The tender chunks of bison soaked up the sauce beautifully, making every bite a delight. The Goat Biryani was equally impressive, featuring fragrant basmati rice layered with succulent pieces of goat that were marinated and slow-cooked to perfection, with hints of saffron and cardamom that elevated the dish to another level. Finally, the Adraki Lamb Adraki Lamb Chop With Rice & Sauce, grilled to perfection and served alongside a delectable rice and sauce, were bursting with zesty ginger flavors. Each chop was juicy and tender, showcasing the skill of the chef. Overall, this was undoubtedly the best Indian cuisine I have ever had the pleasure of tasting.

Cannot speak highly enough of my experience! Tikka Masala portion was large enough to have as lunch for 3 days. Vindaloo was perfection. And the Butter Naan and Crazy Naan sizes were enormous. Would absolutely recommend to everyone within earshot!

The Lamb Biryani and Szechuan Noodles were amazing. This place very well could be the best place for Indian cuisine in Winston Salem. The portion were generous and came hot and ready. Definitely plan on ordering this regularly

The only place I know of in town that makes South Indian food. The 65 (CAULIFLOWER 13 is delicious, the dal is so flavorful and amazing with the idli (as is the sambar).
