THE BEST BIRIYANI EVER. The spice was Outstanding on every dish. Not just the heat, the flavor pallette was unreal. So many delicious, layered spices in every dish. Enough food for 2+ days dinner in one order for a family of 4. I will be ordering as often as my budget permits. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My goodness, this slaps hard. I was really craving naan specifically and the garlic naan did not disappoint but the main course was heavenly. The lamb was tender the flavor was big and had a nice subtle kick to it so for people who don't do spice (why???) this one should work for you! The taste was very fresh and bright and I am full with half the dish and rice to go (the naan did not make it, it is at peace in my digestive system, it will be missed). TLDR: good

The good. Butter Chicken was delicious . It comes with jasmine rice. It's not too spicy and it has a good texture and flavor.
The bad.
Chicken 65 Biryani I have ordered this dish from Saffron several times and it was delicious each time. This time it looked and tasted different. It was too red, too spicy and too dry. Did someone change the recipe?

Always such good quality and the fact that they send two rice boxes when you order the basmati rice is so great. They provide enough to split into multiple meals. I regularly order from here and will continue to do so.

Worst Indian I've eaten in Seattle. The rice was pedestrian with no spice at all, and the naan was not traditional, kind of fluffy and a little sweet. The butter chicken wasn't very buttery. It had flavor, but sort of generic. The chicken was fatty and the sauce was thinner than I'm used to. Saag paneer didn't seem very fresh and lacked flavor, although the paneer itself was fine. Portions were good, but not going to order again.
