Had the Chicken Zingara. It was very good
The chicken was moist; the sauce was light in that it wasnt thick or heavy in the stomach, it was savory, with a slight tang, and the spices were well balanced.
Grilled veggies ( summer squash, zucchini, broccoli, onions) came with it. They were perfectly done: slightly charred, gently cooked.
Ample portion too.

I was very excited to receive my food. However, once it arrived I was disappointed. The Seafood Jambalaya was below my expectations. Although it looked pretty, I was expecting a full flavor profile but everything tasted like it was only cooked in a spicy tomato paste or sauce. It had plenty of mussels in top but I found one shrimp and a few pieces of sausage within the rice. The Shrimp Lejon was tuff like it cooked a little too long. The Sage Soup was okay.

The stuffed chicken breast was unlike anything I've ever eaten. This needs to be a permanent item on your menu. Kabobs were good. Hummus was spectacular.

Chicken was like rubber. Defintely not fresh. Mushrooms were likely from a can. If your looking for fresh food, dont come to sage.
