• 2/27/24The chicken for the chicken pho was overcooked and pressed together. The shrimp roll contained 3 medium shrimp and mostly lettuce, no herbs. The dipping sauce felt straight out of a bottle.
On the plus side, the accimpan herbs for the pho were fresh and the broth was good.

• 3/7/26I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the food when it arrived. The spring rolls were completely torn up and looked like they had been crushed during delivery. Instead of being fresh and neatly wrapped, they were falling apart and very unappetizing.
The chicken noodle dish was also packaged poorly. The onions, herbs, chicken, and noodles were all mixed together in the container. These ingredients should have been separated so the noodles and chicken could be warmed up properly without the fresh toppings getting soggy. Because everything was mixed together, the dish looked messy and unappealing.
Honestly, the food looked so nasty upon opening that I couldn't give it to my mother. This was a very disappointing experience and not what I expected when ordering. Proper packaging and presentation matter, especially for delivery.
