Finally!!!  
A great family owned Vietnamese restaurant on the GC doing what Vietnamese are renowned for all over the world! Beautifully fresh, healthy mouth watering dishes!  Without doubt this is the only perfect Pho on the GC that will become your go to satisfying the cravings of a good pho, it has definitely become mine. 
I would love to see more offal ￼than just tendon for the pho like tripe, chicken hearts, livers, giblets,  pigs blood and all those delicious healthy textures.
Queenslanders just aren't there yet with those sort of flavours or textures ￼￼but there slowly getting there

Real authentic Vietnamese food. Genuinely no other Viet restaurant on the GC comes close to Saigon Delight.

the food tasted delicious, however the portions for price were ridiculously small. menu was confusing, and an item was left out. I would order again if the portions were better but price point isn't great.

The Seafood Pho was very disappointing, filled with lots of fake seafood. I had beef Pho the first time, much better.

Rare beef is overcooked but Fresh Rice Paper Rolls / Goi Cuon and sauce was so yummy
