This is the best pho place in Seattle... their broth is so good I order several extra just to drink during the week. They also package it very thoughtfully and the team is soooo sweet everytime I go in! My go to is any beef broth pho & Dumplings.

The packaging was completely unexpected. Honestly love that the noodles and garnishes comes in an actually to-go bowl instead of another cup like bowl. The flavors are immaculate. The portion is exactly what I was looking for and needed. And the way they packaged the veggies to keep the freshness speaks volume. First time ordering here and I'll definitely be back again!

Saigon drip is always consistent :-) love that they give actual nuoc cham (fish sauce dipping sauce) instead of the sweet chili sauce with the egg rolls. And pickled daikon and lettuce to wrap. Overall, very authentic. And they don't skimp on the meat and pâté in the banh mi. Pho broth not sweet (pho is not supposed to be sweet!) or salty, just right. Saigon drip, don't ever change!

I got the Meatball Pho and I added brisket to it, great choice!! The broth is oily and delicious, super aromatic and great for when you're not feeling well. The packaging was great and helpful with heating instructions and a soup spoon. The Thai Tea is also super yummy, creamy and sweet but I do think a bit over priced at almost $9, I probably won't get it again because of the price but it is delicious if you want to spoil yourself. Thanks Saigon Drip for the soul healing food !!
