This is the tastiest beef brisket phở I've had in Manhattan. The stock is well seasoned, not too heavy with the spices, star anise or cardomom, and the soup is non greasy. My friend orders the vegetarian phở which is made from vegetable stock and not chicken stock. They're also generous with the ratio of meat to noodles. All around excellent dish.

The cucumber drink was one of the most refreshing drinks I've had. 10/10. I got extra brisket and the bowl was loaded with meat and noodles. I truly relished every bite. The broth was fresh and the noodles were great too. Not too soggy. Great packaging, everything stayed intact.

The best pho I've tried to date! Simple but flavoursome (closest in taste to what we have back in Australia and we have a very large Vietnamese community). Crab cakes are surprisingly good too. Will be back for sure :)

Saigon pho and crab cake were on point. But the mixed steamed vegetables were very small in portion and ingredients were nothing great - def not worth $8-9! I won't be ordering this again.

Seriously underwhelmed by the pho ga, if you could even call it that. Broth was sort of sweet & the chicken was just big strip pieces like tyson prepackage vibes almost. Did not hit the spot, to say the least. The separately packaged toppings were standard bean sprouts, 2 or 3 pieces of fresh herbs & jalapeno... but then a bunch of iceberg lettuce (?), a single cherry tomato (?), and julienned carrots & cucumber (?)..: huh. So weird & makes no sense flavor wise. My partner's chicken bun bowl was ridiculously scant, barely filled half a small bowl and had no toppings at all, just weird strip chicken on plain noodles with a side packet of hoisin & packet of siracha :/ Super weak all around. Maybe the sandwich like toppings that came packaged inside my pho bowl lid were supposed to be for her bun bowl? Idk but all around just super weird & depressing & did not eat fresh or tasty at all, quite the opposite, so, first & last time ordering from here.
