I love the food here. I treat myself to sakura everytime i have a bad day. nothing else compares!!

pretty upset with one of my orders. I purchased a kids KIDS Filet Mignon with fried rice and there is absolutely nothing but meat and plain what looks to be fried colored rice. absolutely no veges or egg pieces just rice. $21.00 for a small portion of just rice and meat. also no flavor to the meat or rice. there was nothing to this meal not even salt. don't know if it was made in a rush or what but I have never had this happen at Sakura before.

We have gone here a number of times and this time it was awful. They had no sauces for us, small portion, shells in the rice from the shrimp and the steak was RAW! I called the store and they said it was a door dasher problem.

I've had these dishes in the store many times so I know what to expect. Do yourself a favor and eat in because carryout is horrible! The filet was supposed to be medium rare and was well done and dry. The shrimp with the steak was mushy and the chicken and shrimp with that dish was so dry! It also had no flavor at all! A total waste of money!

The portions were a lot smaller than usual. My steak was way over cooked and the yum yum sauce had no taste. I've had this meal many times before and usually it's very good but this time they really dropped the ball.
