• 10/9/25disappointed in the portion of my large salad. last time I ordered it was a good amount. this time though, a small amount and for $26. I wish they would be consistent.

• 12/31/24Rip off. Way too much lettuce but very few toppings. Ordered a Craft Yours Large Salad and got 2 cherry tomatoes in entire bowl. Might as well have eaten a whole head of lettuce. Looks nothing like the rich, filling bowls pictured. Will never order again.

• 6/7/26I always loved the salad here, and this was the first time I ordered for pickup. What a disappointment. I picked up my order (should've checked it in the store in hindsight), went home to enjoy it, and what do I see? Two pieces of sad-looking avocado and no brisket, which was my two choices of protein. I went back to the store, and they did correct it for me. I had to waste my time going back and forth just to get my salad right 😒.
