A delightful, authentic Lebanese barbecue dish! They were incredibly accommodating
to our request. The portion size was generous, and the food was cooked to perfection. I definitely order from them again.

If there ever was a warm and welcoming host, it's Pierre of Salma’s! The food is delicious, the tea ever flowing, the atmosphere and ambiance delightful. This Lebanese addition to 12 th street in the East Village is heartily appreciated. May it be locally supported and remain for many years to come!

Got the chicken shawarma sandwich. The pita was freshly toasted and warm but the meat was dry. It included French fries in the wrap which was a nice touch. Comes with ketchup and sambal. Overall decent flavors but marred by dry meat.

Love the Shish Tawouk and everything I've tried here! My only complaint is that the vegetables change depending on the chef and it's something missing the spicy peppers (my favorite)! I also noticed they'll cook some things ahead of time (like the Cheese Rolls) so they're cold by the time you get home.
