Crispy cauliflower was amazing (if a little overpriced!). They forgot to include my choc sauce with the Churros & Choc Sauce which was the only bad thing. Fully Loaded Mexicrinkles - Grilled Chipotle Chicken were great.

Staff phone was unresponsive, despite being turned on, store not being busy and multiple calls.
Chips not properly seasoned.
Burritos full of rice to appear fuller, with small amount of vegetables... Order is a "mucho veggie" meaning lots of vegetables.
Been ordering from here since they opened, food quality is low and staff service is extremely poor.
From in store observation, staff appear to be disorganised, lacking in efficiency and team work. Every person there including Boost Juice staff were moody and lacked the customer service skill.

I think the worst burrito we've had in a while. We order pretty regularly from the competition but thought we'd give this a try. Seemed like 95% meat and rice. Bland and carby.

I ordered the Mex Beef Burrito yet there was no meat all the way through until the very bottom! And no beans at all!

The chicken fajita burrito I ordered was too small than the normal size considering the amount I spent. I'm really disappointed with my burrito.
