Door dashed. Bestie Combo 2 and Brisket Sandwich. Arrived as ordered. Brisket was very tender and tasty. Fries were crispy with flavor. Loved the special touch of the popover. Great accompaniment to sop up the sauce.

My order was absolutely fantastic - as always. We truly appreciate the consistency and quality. There are several barbecue places in town where this is not the case. They pulled pork has just the right amount of seasoning and has a lot of the big chunks of fat already removed, thankfully. The kale salad is topped with cheese and nuts which you're so good. I just wish it had a little more dressing. Hands down this is the place you need to be ordering from when it comes to St. Louis barbecue. Great flavors!

I paid almost $60 for burnt ends. They were so overcooked, they were dry, crunchy and difficult to chew. There was so much grease included in the order that the cardboard containers holding the burnt ends and the bag were saturated. The quality of burnt ends has decreased dramatically over the past year. Will not order again.

I ordered a pound of Pulled Pork LB, Ribs 1/2 Rack, Brisket 1/2 LB, and a pint of Bulk Potato Salad. They do a great job of barbecuing meat without over seasoning and keeping it flavorful. I wish the ribs were baby back (without the long gristle line) but they were good nonetheless. My husband loves their sauces. Barbecue in St. Louis has become over the top expensive and overpriced but salt and smoke manages to keep a somewhat decent value for what you get. Everything seemed reasonably fresh and very tasty. We will be back.

The trashed ribs with sweet sauce were so good. The deviled eggs were grossly over priced. $8.19 for 3 halves is outrageous in our economy.
