• 4/29/25the Eggplant Sandwich is possibly the best vegetarian sandwich i've ever eaten!!! the bread is perfect and it is so flavorful. the Pea Salad is a must have item. i'll be getting this combo again and again.

• 10/15/25Saltbox sandwiches have SO much flavor omg. I love the Charred Beef but also I've had the eggplant sandwich a few times and it is to die for too. The bread is amazing. Seriously love their sandwiches sooooo much

• 12/5/25Saltbox used to be great. We always loved the porchetta. However, what I received today did not taste or look like pork loin, it was thinner, pinker, and more like mortadella. I wonder if they were out and subbed in another pork option. The bread is tasty and other ingredients as expected, but the pork was not porchetta. At over $18 for this sandwich, I was a bit disappointed.

• 3/12/26Excellent sandwiches overall. Have not been disappointed. Dare I say best gourmet sandwiches in Spokane right now. Salads are solid as well. Tasted like garden arugula and a bit milder variety. Ill be back....
