• 1/11/26Washer waited at the restaurant for over 40 minutes.
The Tenderloin Bites were way over cooked and hands doon the toughest "tenderloin" I have ever had
Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop were also overy cooked and tough. The Bourbon Glaze was good.
Soup was thick. I used a fork and no soup fll through lol.
Will not try Saltgrass again. Very poor quality and clearly inexperienced staff.

• 11/16/25The Pat's Ribeye was cooked to perfection, tender and very tasteful. The bread is always soft and delicious and the potato soup a little rich tasting but very good

• 2/1/26Pat's Ribeye was disappointing to say the least. The steak had no taste. Not even salt and pepper! What I could taste was soot from the grill, $40steak. The salad tasted bitter thousand Island dressing was tasteless. This one upset me 😤
