Your cooks are on-point tonight! Pasta was perfectly seasoned and sauced. The spaghetti is always a favorite which was creamy with the pop of flavor from the bottarga, shrimp perfectly cooked in the nero, the flatbread w/mortadella was light and buttery, and the porchetta was tender and juicy with the pork jus perfect for dipping polenta or broccoli rabe into. I like my skin crispier, but that’s the downside of delivery I guess. Good job tonight! Our tummies thank you.

Absolutely fantastic! I can't get enough of the Vitello Tonnato and Gnocchi Al Vitello from Salumeria 104! Generous portions and the very friendly staff always follows special requests. Amazing!
