Sams is one of those only restaurants on DoorDash that follow specific instructions for food. I am a frequent customer and they're food is absolutely amazing.

The fried prawn was burnt. The gen Tao chicken tasted old. The styrofoam Container had holes from being burnt in the microwave￼￼. Soda was almost $2 for a can.... really???? A can!! I'll never order from Sam's bistro again.

Honestly I have no idea why this place has such a high rating because the food was mediocre at best. Teriyaki didn't taste anything like teriyaki. The hunan beef was supposed to be spicy.... I don't even think it had one grain of pepper in it. The food was so bland I'm glad it was only $20

Lo Mein was extremely bland. Crab rangoons tasted like nothing but overwhelming cream cheese and onion taste with none of the crab. 
The only decent thing was the portions- they are quite filling. The sauces they gave were good. The vegetables and meat seemed to be of good quality, its just a shame they tasted like nothing.

The food we received today was so incredibly bland. The "chow mein" was spaghetti noodles cooked in oil and no other flavor. The orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken had no flavor. The egg rolls were super tiny and had almost no filling.
