Sam's should provide a crash course to these other merchants about how to package an order lol They are so consistent. My order is always packaged perfectly! <3 Well delivered and delicious!

I ordered, for the second time, a brownie sundae. I received a.sundae in a size suitable for a small child. I did not receive the brownies. I do not care to pay for food. I don't order. this has happened at least three times at this store. While the ice cream is great, the service is terrible.

I used to love Sam's. It was our go-to for years. Ordered a waffle bowl with hot fundge and there was almost NO hot fudge on it. I was so disappointed. Waffle Bowl
