We've eaten here several times! The food is always hot and delicious! The staff are always very kind and accommodating! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Owensboro!

Would of loved to tried the Sam's Special which I ordered but I was sent only 4 over done jumbo shrimp and 12 fries in the replacement for the popcorn shrimp. Have never been disappointed with this place until today. They didn't also send, replace, or return money from the large order of hush puppies. What I did get was room temperature when we ate vs hot when we usually get it.

Overall food was good with a few issues. Fish needed to be crispier, coleslaw was warm and not tasty, rice in red beans and rice was not cooked all the way. Shrimp was good but maybe a bit over cooked.

I used to eat here all the time and love it. gone downhill fast. ordered the chicken philly and it's covered in old burnt grease. like when is the last time yall cleaned the grill?! the chicken was literally black and oily. fries were OK though

tilapia was out so I got grilled catfish instead. oh my goodness! DELICIOUS! Best fried green tomatoes I have ever had in my life too!
