My Fajita meat was burned, black on one side. The vegetables were also burned. I was very disappointed, I am usually very satisfied. Maybe a new cook?!?

The Tamales Plate is delicious! The pork is seasoned perfectly, the masa soaks up the juices then bakes into a yummy cornbread.
