• 6 days agoThe salsa was good. The burrito had a burnt taste throughout and it was disgusting. I wish they had just a plain iced mocha on here, I ordered the death by chocolate Mexican mocha, and it was way too sweet. But I love the iced mocha when I go in person.

• 4 days agoUnfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The matcha latte I received had a very unpleasant, sour taste that almost seemed as though one of the ingredients had spoiled. The flavor was completely different from what I would normally expect from a matcha latte, and I was unable to finish it because of how unpleasant it tasted.
Additionally, I received the wrong food item with my order, which was also disappointing.
I initially tried requesting a refund or replacement through DoorDash, but the app indicated that my order did not qualify for either option. I understand that mistakes happen, and I truly appreciate the work that goes into preparing orders. However, given that both the drink and food were not what I expected, I was hoping there might be another way to resolve this.
