There wasn't any cheese in the cheesesteak and I ordered my food at 4:10 and got it at 7:20. So no I wasn't pleased. I won't order it again

We order from San Jose‘s right almost every Friday. Review DoorDash with them a couple times but most of the time we pick it up. Just last time when DoorDash brought it everything was sealed like it always is. But there was no extra rice that we paid for. I just called San Jose‘s and they said that is not their problem to contact DoorDash. I am really very disappointed in San Jose. They are always so nice and the food is so good and hot and we’ve never had any problems like this. Just wondered if anybody else has had issues?

I pre ordered at 10:30 for lunch time. My order wasn't delivered until 2:00 pm. They didn't even start my order until after 1:00!

The Cheese Dip was avrage but the Chips & Salsa was sweet as if it had sugar in it and not that good at all. The shell to my Tacos was stale and chewy. I was expecting better for sure.
