They’re really good during the week. My order on Thursday came well packaged and with everything needed (salsas, chips, pan dulce in a box). The chicken taquitos were perfect, full of guacamole, cheese and lettuce. Their beans are always good for dipping the chips.

Chile Relleno (A La Carte)s always amazing, perfect breading, and thensauce is light and really rings out the flavor. The IShredded Beef Tostada was very soggy, meathad no flavor and was dry.Beans 8oz. always consistent with nice flavor.Regular Fruit Tart was very light, flaky crust and nice crust. Lemon Bar was good just bery sweet. wouldprefer more of a lemon vs sugar taste.

Horrible food that went straight to the trash. Meat is rubbery & only has beef. The avocado ls rotten and the lettuce is drowning in liquid. I can't believe a restaurant would serve this.
Cinnamon roll was hard and dry.

Today’s order was so much better than my last one. Packaging today was as it should be (empanadas were in a box and not dumped in a bag with my bollios and broken like last time). I also got the vital things today that go with menudo — onions, cilantro, oregano, red chile pepper and a tortilla (last time I got nothing but the menudo; I had to chop my own onions, add my own spices, and I didn’t have cilantro or tortillas). I got a small amount of chips and salsa today too, which I didn’t get with my last $60 order. If San Luis Rey can be consistent with delivery orders, that’d be great. Btw, my last order was placed on a weekend, and today’s was on a Monday, in case that makes a difference. Perhaps I shouldn’t order here on weekends for delivery. Although I’d recommend everything I got today, I can’t recommend the same items I got last time that were lacking. I’ll order them a third time, and if they’re like today’s order, I’ll recommend them.
