I added bacon to my Cali Melt w/ Avocado and it dd not disappoint! Melted in my mouth...would definitely recommend to any sandwich lover out there!

it was almost 30bucks for once sandwich ... blt meal. no la croix got stuck with a soda. the sandwich was something i shoulda just made at home. i paid extra for cheese and sprouts. won't be back. weak sandwich

The Beefsteak Filipino was more French Dip in flavor profile than it was divergent. More marinating time needed for the meat itself; the condiments overpowered any notes of citrus (calamansi, if properly done) or soy in the roast beef.
Some thoughts: Consider no cheese or mayo. Keep the onions, add atchara. Experiment with dipping sauces and maybe treat this as a Filipino Dip? Enhance the Filipino side of the dish! Vinegar is desperately needed somewhere, and if it isn't in the marinade, it should come from the condiments.
The Mediterranean Greek salad was decent. Right amount of feta and kalamata.
