the Zangi was crispy and delicious. The gyoza was yummy too. I wish I had the option to order the noddles in the soup so they would absorb more broth but I still really enjoyed it 10/10

The Tonkotsu Plus Ramen I ordered was delicious however, the restaurant did not cut the stem off the mushrooms...which are suppose to be removed because they are too tuff to eat...
