Sant Ambroeus is simply the best authentic Italian food in NYC. The Linguine alle Vongole* is 100% on point the pasta is cooked aldente. The sauce is also is a perfect balance of juice from the vongole, olive oil and pepperoncino. There is also a piece of bread they send that has sunflower seeds on top which is spectacular!
