• 9/6/25The Eggs Benedict tastes really good I have been craving this dish for a long time and Santanas was a good choice, the hollandaise sauce could use a little work with the flavor a little too bland and the consistency was too thick almost like the filling for deviled eggs, almost a curdled consistency it was either cooked too hot or too long. The potatoes were fresh not old tasting. the portion was perfect compared to some places where you only get a sliver of food 😅 overall it was good this was my first time ordering from Santana's cottage. I would definitely order from here again to try other items on the menu. (I was too excited to taste it before I snapped a pic)
